Answers to the most common questions about our referral partner program.

How does the partner program work?

After your enquiry is approved, you receive a unique partner code (PART-XXXX) and a referral link. Share the link with schools; any school that signs up through it is attributed to you for the configured attribution window (default 30 days).

How are commissions calculated?

When a referred school pays for a subscription, a commission is generated at your agreed percentage (default 15%, capped at 20%). Commissions start as Pending and become Approved after a Super Admin review.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed manually on a monthly cycle. The finance team reviews Approved commissions, records the payout (bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed method), and the commission status flips to Paid.

Where can I see my earnings?

Sign in and open the Partner Dashboard. The Overview, Commissions, and Payouts tabs show schools onboarded, lifetime earnings, and payout statements.

What if a school uses my code but signs up later?

Attribution is captured the moment a visitor lands on the site with your referral link. It stays valid for the attribution window. If they sign up after the window expires, no commission is generated.

Can I edit my partner code or referral link?

Partner codes are issued by Super Admin and cannot be changed. Your dashboard always shows the current shareable link.

What happens if a payment is refunded or charged back?

The corresponding commission may be marked Void by Super Admin. Voided commissions are excluded from payouts.
