- Guest Generator Data: School name, email address, and uploaded CSV files. Guest data is stored temporarily (up to 48 hours) and then auto-deleted.
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited to improve service quality.

- Providing Services: Maintain timetable records, enable guest flows, and support editing/exporting/sharing.
- Improving User Experience: Anonymous usage stats help us enhance performance.
- Communications: Occasional service updates or administrative messages.
