Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seller & Payment Processor

CSPD Tech, a UDYAM‑registered company, is the seller for all payments, refunds, billing, and disputes related to TimetableAdmin.in. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.

1. Guest Packages

• One-time payments, non-refundable.
• Expire after 48 hours.

2. Exam Package Tokens

• Valid until expiry/usage limit.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable.

3. Annual Subscription

• Cancel anytime via support@timetableadmin.in.
• Full refund if cancelled within 7 days.
• After 7 days, no refund but access continues until end of period.
• Auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.

4. Failed Transactions

No access granted; retry or contact your bank or Razorpay support.

5. Refund Eligibility

Annual subscription refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Each refund request is reviewed individually by CSPD Tech Solutions (TimetableAdmin) to verify eligibility and investigate any reported issues.

Refunds may be approved in cases such as accidental duplicate payments, billing errors, technical issues that prevent normal use of the service, or other genuine circumstances identified during the review process.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period are generally not eligible for a refund.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@timetableadmin.in and include your registered email address, school name, payment reference, and the reason for the request.

6. Impact on Partner Commissions

• Partner commissions are only payable on subscriptions that remain active and are not refunded or cancelled.
• If a subscription is refunded or voided, any associated partner commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
• TimetableAdmin reserves the right to adjust partner balances to reflect accurate commission entitlements.
