App Name: Timetable Admin · Provider: CSPD Tech Solutions ("we," "us," or "our")
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Timetable Admin, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
- Timetable Generation: Tools for class/exam timetables.
- Guest Packages: Temporary access (Micro/Mini) with expiry after 48 hours.
- Annual Subscription: Unlimited generation, persistent storage, priority support.
3. User Accounts
- Accurate info required at signup.
- Annual subscribers log in via Supabase Auth.
- Guest flows require school name + email; data auto-deleted after 48 hours.
4. Payments
- Processed via Razorpay.
- Guest packages: one-time payments.
- Annual subscription: recurring annual fee.
- Refunds: non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Token Handling (Exam Packages)
Unique token issued per package; expires after 48 hours or usage limit.
6. Data Usage & Expiry
Guest data auto-deleted after 48 hours. Annual subscribers retain data until account termination.
7. Restrictions
No misuse, bypassing payments, or redistribution.
8. Service Availability
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to subscription/package fee paid.
10. Changes
Terms may be updated with notice.
